Director of the Institute of Measurement Science SAS in Bratislava announces the admission procedure for PhD study program 5.2.54 "MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY" starting from September 2, 2017. Applications for the study can be submitted electronically using the information system of the Slovak University of Tehnology in Bratislava. The Austrian-Slovak conference for students of secondary grammar schools, entitled Sparkling Science: FEM_Pers Conference Bratislava, will be held at the Institute of Measurement Science on September 22, 2016. The conference has been organized by the Austrian Academy of Sciences (Breath Research Institute University of Innsbruck, Austria) and the Slovak Academy of Sciences (Institute of Measurement Science in co-operation with the Mathematical Institute).

The conference has been organized by the Austrian Academy of Sciences (Breath Research Institute, Dornbirn, Austria) and the Slovak Academy of Sciences (Institute of Measurement Science in co-operation with the Mathematical Institute), and the Journal of Breath Research.

Measurement Science Review, a journal publishing papers from scientific disciplines covering the Measurement Science, is celebrating an Impact Factor increase to 1.233, as revealed in the 2012 Journal Citation Reports published by Thomson Reuters.

We are keen to ensure that Measurement Science Review will continue to promote high-quality research in the area of Measurement Science.
