D\u00f4raz je na multivari\u00e1tnej kauz\u00e1lnej anal\u00fdze, ktor\u00e1 h\u013ead\u00e1 premenn\u00e9 s najsilnej\u0161\u00edm vplyvom. V praxi, pri meran\u00ed viacer\u00fdch prejavov syst\u00e9mu, to m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 vyselektova\u0165 sign\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 predstavuj\u00fa naju\u017eito\u010dnej\u0161\u00ed zdroj inform\u00e1cie. Hlavnou aplika\u010dnou oblas\u0165ou bud\u00fa mnohokan\u00e1lov\u00e9 elektroencefalografick\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy z \u013eudsk\u00e9ho mozgu. Ukazuje sa, \u017ee charakter prepojen\u00ed medzi oblas\u0165ami mozgu je u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojom pre klasifik\u00e1ciu r\u00f4znych stavov mozgu, pre rozpoznanie neurologick\u00fdch por\u00fach, alebo charakteriz\u00e1ciu kognit\u00edvnych schopnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9ma je vhodn\u00e1 pre absolventov so z\u00e1ujmom o tvoriv\u00fa aplik\u00e1ciu a rozv\u00edjanie pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch matematick\u00fdch met\u00f3d. \u010eal\u0161ou po\u017eiadavkou s\u00fa znalos\u0165 odbornej angli\u010dtiny a sk\u00fasenosti s tvorbou a testovan\u00edm softv\u00e9ru v prostred\u00ed MatLab.<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci doktorandsk\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fadia si doktorand roz\u0161\u00edri znalosti v oblasti biomeran\u00ed a zozn\u00e1mi sa s met\u00f3dami ktor\u00e9 \u010derpaj\u00fa z te\u00f3rie dynamick\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov, vr\u00e1tane te\u00f3rie chaosu a frakt\u00e1lov a \u010diasto\u010dne aj zo \u0161tatistiky, te\u00f3rie inform\u00e1cie a oblasti matematickej optimaliz\u00e1cie.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Anot\u00e1cia anglicky: <\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"633\">The topic concerns modern analysis of measured time series. The emphasis is on a multivariate causal analysis that looks for variables with the strongest impact. In practice, when measuring several observables of the system, the causality detection can help to select the signals that represent the most useful source of information. The main application area will be multichannel electroencephalographic records from the human brain. It turns out that the connectivity between the brain regions is a potentially useful tool for classifying different brain states, recognizing neurological disorders, or characterizing cognitive abilities.<\/p>\n<p>The thesis topic is suitable for a candidate with an interest in creative applications and design of the appropriate mathematical methods.
